Shipping

We only offer shipping within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

All About Rhinestones make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible, while making sure that your order is accurate. Orders will be shipped Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. Most items will ship within 5 business days of order placement. You will receive your items 2 - 3 days after the items are shipped. Shipping costs are not refundable.

  • If a Priority Mail package is going to a major city, or is traveling less than 600 miles, it should arrive in two (2) days. Otherwise, it should arrive in three (3) days.  This is not a guaranteed service.
  • Date of delivery is not guaranteed. Delivery by a specific date at a specific time is not available.
  • Estimated delivery time begins on the date postmarked.

 

Refusal of Package: If you refuse a package shipped you will be responsible for the original delivery charges and you wil be charged the fee to ship the package back to us as well as any penalties charged to us.

Delays beyond our control: Delays in delivery due to "Acts of Nature" or mechanical issues will not be reimbursed.

APO/FPO/PO Box Addresses: Note that only US Postal Service Priority Mail is available for APO/FPO/PO Box shipments.

Returns Policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any errors or damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund.

All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days from receipt of the products. All returned items must be in re-sellable condition (not been worn or washed).

Custom-made designs (designs that aren't shown on the website) are not returable unless there is an error or damage.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  Return shipping costs are refunded if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).     

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
